Hi, I'm Bailey.

Most consultants are strong in systems or strong in people. Rarely both.

I work at the intersection, which means I can read a broken operating model and the team dynamics underneath it.

My Story

I started as an industrial engineer, trained to see systems, eliminate waste, and make complex operations run efficiently. Then I spent 10+ years building a workplace wellness and employee engagement company from scratch, serving over 7,000 people across Canada. That's where I learned you can't optimize humans like a process. This tension is where all of my work lives now.

In my experience, what moves organizations forward is a rare combination of structure and humanity, accountability and trust, and radical clarity and genuine care for the people holding it all together. Getting those things to coexist is where the hard work is. It's truly a discipline and an art.

I've been on both sides of the table: as a founder and later as an executive partner, leading HR, operations, and strategy inside technology and professional service firms like EventMobi, Change.org, and Point Blank Creative. I've helped executive teams rebuild after rupture, and designed the culture and operating rhythms that enabled us to progress.

Along the way, I continued to go deeper, not just into how organizations work, but how people operate both inside and outside organizations. I completed a Master's in Adult Education and Leadership, trained in adaptive and embodied leadership, and became a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction facilitator. I've taught graduate-level courses in organizational behavior, strategic planning, project management, and leadership, and currently teach as an adjunct professor at UBC's Sauder School of Business.

Here's what my clients say
02 / 04

Bailey takes the time to genuinely understand a business before bringing solutions, and she brings a range of them. Working with us over several years (pre-pandemic), she helped our decentralized organization develop a long-term culture strategy, including facilitating a multi-day design workshop with HR leaders across the company. She was able to draw out both the challenges and the strengths to help us define a shared vision. The output was excellent and the process was well received across the organization. Bailey is open, honest, and deeply competent. A true partner.

Frequently asked

Questions I get often.

Bailey is an organizational consultant, fractional COO, and leadership facilitator who works at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people. She helps leaders build the clarity, alignment, and operating conditions where great work happens, without burning people out along the way. Her background combines industrial engineering and operations leadership with advanced training in adaptive leadership, mindfulness, and how people work under pressure.

Vancouver, Canada. Working with organizations across the globe, especially the US, Canada, and the UK. Engagements are typically a mix of virtual and in-person, with on-site sessions for key moments like leadership alignment facilitation, strategic planning retreats, and organizational diagnostics.

Bailey works with founder-led companies, social enterprises, and people-centric organizations in sectors like tech, healthcare, education, climate, and professional services, typically 30+ employees and $3M+ in revenue. Her clients are growing, navigating change, and ready to invest in how they operate and how they lead.

Most consultants are strong in systems or strong in people. Bailey works at the intersection, which means she can read a broken operating model and the team dynamics underneath it. Fifteen years as a founder, five-plus as an executive, years facilitating and teaching at the graduate level. When a client needs a leadership team reset and a strategic planning overhaul and a thinking partner: that's one engagement, not three different hires.
